EFFAS CESG Conference. Save the Date

Materiality, Climate change, Clients, Risks, Regulation… The interest of the finance industry for ESG integration is booming. The CESG commission of EFFAS organizes its annual conference dedicated to ESG integration on November 22 in Paris from 11:00am to 4:00pm (CET). The event will deal with exclusive input such as the results of an ESG survey on a European scale but also with most recent issues such as the Action Plan of the European Commission or the development of new tools (AI, Big data…).

EFFAS was established in 1962 as an association for nationally based investment professionals in Europe. Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, EFFAS comprises 22-member organizations representing more than 16,000 investment professionals. The Commission on Financial Reporting is a standing commission of EFFAS aiming at proposing and commenting on financial issues from an analyst standpoint. CFR members are Javier de Frutos (Chairman, IEAF-Spain), Jacques de Greling (Vice-Chairman- SFAF, France), Friedrich Spandl (ÖVFA, Austria), Henning Strom (NFF, Norway), Serge Pattyn (BVFA/ABAF, Belgium) Luca D’Onofrio (AIAF, Italy) and Dr. Carsten Zielke (DVFA, Germany).

The designation comprised seven topic areas based upon the EFFAS syllabus and accreditations of national member society programmes were controlled by the CTQAB (Commission on Training and Qualifications Accreditation Board).
